The Instituto Biológico Contemporáneo is a pharmaceutical laboratory based on 1991, dedicated to the elaboration under contract and specialized in the production of sterile products for injection, such as sterile betalactamic powder filling, all kind of lyophilised products (excepting oncologics and hormonals), ampoules and vials. IBC developes its activities in its own industrial building of 2.200 m2, which counts with the correspondent public authorization and is equipped with modern sterile areas and production machines.In 1997 we developed an investment plan that finished five years after , conforming to GMP´s Norms.In 2003 we obtained the INVIMA Certification (Colombia) and we are now working to obtain MERCOSUR Certification.
