3. Application
- Synthetic spices: used in the production of piperonal and synthetic vanillin.
- Pharmaceutical production: It is an important intermediate for synthesizing various antibiotics, such as amoxicillin and cefepime. Used as raw materials for manufacturing antihypertensive drugs and other medications.
- Manufacturing pesticides: It is one of the key raw materials for producing the famous herbicide glyphosate.
