Metadynea Austria GmbH was founded in 1948 and well known as „Krems Chemie“ for more than 50 years. In 2001 the company was renamed to “Dynea Austria GmbH” and in 2013 it was acquired by Metafrax Group, the leading producer of Methanol in Russia.
Production and sale of resins for the woodworking and construction industry is our core business. In our state of the art production facilities we manufacture approx. 300.000 tons of resins per year for all wood based panels as well as impregnation and insulation resins + adhesives and hardeners for interior and exterior wood applications.
The Austrian site in Krems functions as important Product Development and Technical Service Competence Center with well educated and experienced specialists.
