In 2005, Amity moved into the healthcare sector by developing several patented technologies in the area of High Level Disinfection (HLD) for instruments, surfaces & the environment. These proved to be so good they have re-written the rules for EN standards in contact time, efficacy, and how the products destroy and not just in-activate microbials. These initial products led to the development of the healthcare range.
